How to use the Brick Scripts website, what to check before purchasing, and how product support and Tebex checkout fit together.
About these terms
Brick Scripts creates resources for FiveM server owners and operates this website. These terms cover the website and our product support. Our Software License explains permitted resource use, and our Privacy Policy explains information handling.
Read the product listing, requirements, license, and refund information before ordering. Keep a copy of the information that applies to your purchase.
Purchasing through Tebex
Tebex is the merchant of record for purchases made through our checkout. The purchase contract is with Tebex, which handles payment, applicable taxes, and order processing under its checkout terms. Those terms take priority for the sale.
Review the final currency, total, taxes, and any recurring charge before paying. Follow the age and account requirements shown by Tebex and Cfx.re, and use an account and payment method you are authorized to use.
Requirements and digital delivery
Resources are digital products; there is no physical shipment. The product listing identifies supported frameworks, dependencies, included files, and whether source is editable or protected by Cfx.re Asset Escrow. Preview content is not a promise that an unreleased feature is available.
Check compatibility and the receiving account before purchasing. Access follows the delivery instructions for the package and may require the linked Cfx.re account. If payment succeeds but access is missing, keep your receipt and contact Tebex instead of placing the same order again.
Support and updates
Our Discord tickets and support email help with documented installation, configuration, and reproducible resource defects on supported setups. This does not include server administration, bespoke development, or unrelated third-party software. We may request a reproduction using the original resource.
The product listing defines any included updates or support commitment. We do not make a general promise of lifetime updates or compatibility with every future dependency version. Tebex support-response requirements continue to apply; a response does not mean that investigation or a fix is complete. This does not limit remedies or updates required by law.
Installation and server operation
Before installing an update or changing a resource, back up your server files and database and test the change on a separate test server. Follow the documented requirements and keep recovery copies under your control.
You remain responsible for administering your server, choosing compatible third-party resources, and managing your own users and data. This guidance does not exclude responsibility for a defect in our resource or reduce any mandatory remedy.
Responsible use
Use the website and resources lawfully and follow the applicable FiveM, Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, and Tebex rules. Do not misuse accounts, interfere with the website, distribute malicious content, or obtain or share resources without authorization.
Keep account credentials and protected files private. A purchase does not transfer ownership of Brick Scripts branding or intellectual property. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Problems and consumer rights
Tell us about product issues so we can investigate. Billing, cancellation, and refund requests go through Tebex. Our Refund Policy describes the process and separates change-of-mind requests from faulty or missing products.
Nothing in these policies excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Your mandatory consumer protections and rights to seek a remedy remain intact.
Changes and contact
We may update website information and these policies, with the revision date shown on each page. An update does not retrospectively remove rights or commitments attached to an accepted purchase. Material changes will be communicated where required.
