Privacy Policy
What information is used when you browse the store, start checkout, or contact support, and the choices available to you.
Who handles your information
Brick Scripts handles information used to operate this storefront and the documentation at docs.brickscripts.com, and to answer direct support enquiries. Tebex controls checkout and payment information. Where Tebex supplies buyer data for us to process on its behalf, its instructions and our data-processing obligations apply. This is distinct from information we use for our own websites and support purposes. This policy does not describe every server that installs our resources.
For a privacy question or request about information handled by Brick Scripts, email brickscripts@gmail.com. You do not need a Discord account. Requests concerning data processed on behalf of Tebex are referred to Tebex. For other checkout information, use the contact details in its privacy notice.
Browsing, baskets, and checkout
Your browser sends technical information, including an IP address, requested page, and browser details, to the services that deliver the website. The storefront contacts Tebex to load its catalog and, when you start checkout, to create and retrieve a basket containing your selected products.
Tebex and its payment providers collect the payment, billing, identity, and transaction information needed for checkout. Account connection may involve Cfx.re. Our storefront does not have a card-entry form or receive your full payment-card details. We may receive order references, purchased-product details, account identifiers, and payment status for support and purchase verification.
Support information
If you contact us, we receive the contact details or Discord identity you use, your messages, and any purchase references, screenshots, or diagnostic files you provide. We use these to reply, verify entitlement where necessary, and investigate the issue.
Send only what is relevant. Remove passwords, server license keys, database credentials, and other players' personal information from files before sharing them. Public community messages are visible to other members; use a private support channel for order details.
Cookies and browser storage
The store saves product identifiers and quantities in local storage so your basket can remain between visits. It has no automatic expiry; clearing the basket or this site's stored data removes the saved selections. A strictly necessary preference cookie remembers your privacy choice across the store and documentation for up to one year.
When you log in with CFX, session storage holds a Tebex basket reference so the store can check your account and use it at checkout. Signing out clears that reference from this tab. While you connect your account for checkout, session storage also holds the basket reference and selected items so the flow can resume. The store removes that checkout state when the flow finishes, is cancelled, or fails; the browser normally clears it when the tab session ends.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity are optional. They receive consent signals before their measurement scripts load. If you accept Analytics, first-party measurement cookies may distinguish visits and sessions. Advertising measurement is a separate choice used to attribute completed purchases to Google and OpenAI ads. OpenAI advertising measurement remains disabled until you allow it; after consent, its first-party attribution identifiers may be kept with the Tebex basket and used when a completed purchase is reported. If you decline or make no choice, optional cookies remain off; limited cookieless signals may still be sent to Google and Microsoft for aggregate or modelled measurement. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw your choice at any time. Blocking all site storage may prevent the basket or checkout from working. Hosting and checkout providers may also use security or other essential cookies under their notices.
Services used by the store
Cloudflare hosts and delivers the storefront and documentation, processes technical request information, and provides aggregate, cookie-free Web Analytics. Site fonts are hosted by Brick Scripts. Google Analytics measures visits and site use and may receive session statistics, approximate location, and browser and device information. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction analytics such as aggregate navigation patterns, heatmaps, and session recordings; sensitive page content is masked and the project is configured without Clarity cookies unless consent is granted. OpenAI provides advertising measurement and may receive page, browser, device, and ad-attribution information after you allow advertising measurement. Product images may load from the image host supplied in the Tebex catalog.
Tebex provides catalog, account connection, and checkout services. Discord hosts our community and support conversations when you choose to visit it. Each provider describes its own processing in its privacy notice. These services may process data outside your country; their notices explain locations and applicable transfer safeguards.
Purposes, sharing, and retention
For information we control, the purposes are answering support enquiries, operating and securing the website, understanding site use, verifying entitlement, resolving disputes, and meeting legal obligations. Applicable legal bases depend on the purpose: legitimate interests in supporting users, understanding the service, and securing it; performance of a service contract where one exists with you; consent where applicable; or compliance with a specific legal obligation. Buyer data processed on behalf of Tebex instead follows its instructions.
Relevant details may be shared with providers needed to handle your request, subject to applicable confidentiality and data-processing requirements, or with authorities where legally required.
For our own support records, retention depends on whether the enquiry is open, the record remains necessary for entitlement verification, or a dispute or legal retention obligation applies. Retained information is limited to what is needed for those purposes. Buyer data handled on behalf of Tebex is subject to its return and deletion instructions. Providers also retain information for their own purposes under their notices.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a portable copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent for consent-based processing. Some records must be retained for legal obligations or an unresolved dispute.
Contact us privately and describe your request. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request is yours. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We refer requests about buyer data processed on behalf of Tebex to Tebex and assist with them as required. Providers handle requests about information they control for their own purposes. Use Cookie settings in either website footer to change or withdraw optional measurement consent, and use your browser controls to delete stored site data.
Children and policy changes
The store is intended for people who meet the age requirements of the relevant services. Do not send us children's personal information in support logs. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us so we can review and address it.
We update this notice when relevant practices change and identify the revision date on this page. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when the law requires it.
