Answers about products and support
Find current details about compatibility, purchasing, licensing, refunds, and support.
Which frameworks do Brick Scripts support?
Brick Scripts supports QBCore, Qbox, and ESX. Check each product page and the compatibility documentation for product-specific requirements and provider support.
Where can I find a script’s requirements?
Dependencies, framework support, and other requirements are listed on each product page and in its linked documentation. Review them before purchasing and installing.
Where can I find the installation guides?
Every product has documentation with its requirements, installation steps, configuration guidance, and product-specific notes. Open the relevant guide before installing and keep it available while you set up the resource.
Will scripts receive updates?
Yes. When I publish a new version, the updated resource becomes available automatically through Cfx.re Assets for customers with the relevant entitlement. Check the product page and documentation for what changed and any setup notes before updating.
Can I preview a script before buying?
Product pages include screenshots, videos, demos, or other previews where they are available.
Where do I get support?
Check the product documentation first. If you still need help, join the official Brick Scripts Discord to open a support ticket or email us directly. Include the product name, installed version, framework, relevant dependencies, exact steps to reproduce the issue, and any useful error text. Redact tokens, passwords, and other secrets before sharing logs.
Are refunds available?
See our Refund Policy for digital purchases, defective products, delivery problems, and duplicate charges. Tebex handles payment and refund requests. Your mandatory consumer rights always apply.
Do I need Brick Bridge to use a script?
It depends on the product. Bridge-native resources list Brick Bridge as a requirement, while each product page identifies its own dependencies and supported setup. Check the product guide before installing.
Can I get help with a custom feature or server setup?
Product support covers documented installation, configuration, and reproducible issues on supported setups. Bespoke development, full server administration, and unrelated third-party resources are outside the normal support scope, but you can still contact us with a clear question and we will point you to the right information when possible.
What should I check before buying a script?
Review the product description, supported frameworks, dependencies, included features, previews, and license or refund information. If an important compatibility detail is unclear, ask before purchasing so you can confirm the setup is appropriate for your server.
