Refund Policy

How to request help with a digital purchase, which issues need review, and how refunds are handled through Tebex.

Digital purchases and your rights

Brick Scripts resources are digital content. We do not offer a general change-of-mind or try-before-you-buy guarantee unless the product listing expressly includes one. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, Tebex's terms, and applicable consumer law.

This policy does not remove rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered content. A completed download, an escrow-protected package, or a request for support does not by itself remove those rights.

Issues that need review

Contact Tebex if an order was charged more than once, payment completed but the purchased content was not delivered, or there is another billing error. Contact Brick Scripts for technical investigation if an official resource has a reproducible defect on a setup listed as supported or materially differs from its description.

Depending on the issue and your legal rights, the appropriate remedy may include restoring access, correcting the product, or a refund through Tebex. We do not promise that every request results in a refund.

How to make a request

Send Tebex your transaction reference, purchase date, product name, and a clear explanation of the problem through its checkout support channel. For a technical issue, also contact Brick Scripts with the resource version, framework, relevant dependencies, and steps to reproduce it. Share order details privately and redact secrets from logs.

Raise the issue promptly and follow any applicable statutory deadline. We do not impose a separate short reporting window that takes away legal rights. Technical troubleshooting is not a prerequisite for exercising a statutory right or contacting Tebex.

Compatibility and change of mind

A change of plans, lack of use, or an unsupported framework or third-party modification does not alone establish a product defect. Read the stated requirements and ask compatibility questions before buying.

This distinction does not excuse inaccurate product information or a fault in an advertised supported setup. Such issues remain eligible for review under the applicable purchase terms and law.

Withdrawal rights for digital content

Where an EU consumer has a 14-day withdrawal right, the exception for paid digital content requires performance to begin after prior express consent, acknowledgement of the loss of that right, and the required contract confirmation. Merely viewing this policy does not provide that consent.

Use Tebex's checkout terms and support channel to exercise a withdrawal right. Other mandatory rights in your country remain applicable, including remedies for non-conforming content.

Refund processing and disputes

Tebex handles approved refunds through its payment process. The time before funds appear depends on the payment method and provider; use Tebex's confirmation for your particular transaction. Access associated with a refunded license may be withdrawn, and you must stop using content for which your entitlement has ended.

Send order and refund questions to Tebex through its checkout support channel so it can investigate. This does not restrict your mandatory consumer rights or your right to seek a lawful remedy.
