Brick Scripts policies

Software License

The permissions and responsibilities that apply when you install, configure, or modify a Brick Scripts resource.

Your right to use the resource

A valid entitlement gives the purchaser a limited, non-exclusive right to run the resource for their own FiveM server operations, within the account entitlements and any scope stated on the product listing. It does not transfer ownership of the resource.

Do not assume an entitlement can be shared between owners or accounts. Any server or account limit must be checked in the product listing and the applicable Tebex and Cfx.re rules before purchase; this page does not override those limits.

Configuration and modifications

You may change the configuration, locales, and other files supplied as editable for your own authorized use. Where a package provides source access, you may adapt that source for the same use, subject to any separate license included with a component.

Source access does not grant permission to publish, resell, or distribute the resource or a modified version. You are responsible for your modifications; reproducing an issue with the original files may be necessary for support.

Protected files and redistribution

Do not leak, mirror, resell, rent, sublicense, or publicly distribute the resource, its protected content, or modified copies without express permission from the relevant rights holder. Do not remove ownership notices or bypass Cfx.re Asset Escrow or other license controls, except where applicable law gives a right that cannot be restricted.

Giving someone access to administer your server does not give them their own license. Keep resource files and account credentials secure and do not share your account as a way to distribute access.

Accounts and transfers

Delivery and protected-resource access follow the receiving account and platform entitlement. Check the account before purchase. A transfer is permitted only through a process allowed by the applicable Tebex and Cfx.re terms and any product-specific license.

Brick Scripts does not promise that an entitlement can be moved to another account or restored after loss of access. Contact support about an account problem; do not bypass the platform's licensing controls.

Third-party and open-source licenses

A separate license supplied for a resource or third-party component governs that material. Keep its copyright and license notices and follow its attribution and redistribution requirements.

These restrictions do not take away permissions expressly granted by an applicable open-source license. Editable or unencrypted source is not automatically open-source; check the actual license included with your package.

Updates and ending an entitlement

Updates and support follow the product description and our support terms, including any obligations imposed by law. A new website policy does not silently replace the license rights applicable to an earlier purchase.

A valid refund, a platform decision under its applicable terms, or a material license breach may affect your entitlement. Any enforcement must respect the relevant contract and mandatory law. If your right to use the resource ends, stop using it and remove copies you are no longer authorized to hold.
